Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes (~8–13 students) and provide supervision, mentorship, and daily care, including routines, transportation, activities, devotions, and budgeting/reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, U.S. driver’s license and van-certification readiness, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate (Hershey, PA). Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
