Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role evolves from Flex Houseparents to Placed Houseparents, with a work cycle of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and requires living on-campus with a group of 8–13 students, ensuring a structured, family-like environment to support academic, emotional, and social development. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years

- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
