Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver – Full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care and supervision for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport and engage students in activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Salary per person $44,768 with total compensation around $168,000 per couple including housing and benefits. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older, and have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
