Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents residing on campus provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approx. 8–13 students in on-campus homes, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting; initially separate homes on a nine-on/three-off cycle before transitioning to a placed houseparent role with same students, in Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Requires a married two-person team, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA; relocation assistance and paid training provided. Required Qualifications

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
