Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role: Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on an on-campus student home at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent assignment with the same student group.
