Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent team lives on campus and provides care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, the couple works a nine-on / three-off schedule across multiple student homes and later transitions to a placed Houseparent role with the same student group in their own home. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Two-spouse role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Experience with youth preferred
