Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Residential Youth Caregiver role at Milton Hershey School on an on-campus student home in Hershey, PA. Couples reside with 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with progression toward a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement savings, and PTO. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
