Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver: Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus with a group of 8–13 students to provide care, supervision, and developmental activities. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and handling budgeting/household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required, with relocation assistance and paid training provided. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a two-person married-couple eligibility (both spouses age 27+).
