Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, responsible for providing daily supervision, mentorship, household management, administering medications, transportation, planning and engaging students in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting for a group of 8–13 students. The role requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and a high school diploma or GED, with a valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided; benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, retirement options, paid time off, and training.
