Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver - two-person Flex Houseparent role for a married couple living on campus in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, maintaining household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and managing budgeting and reporting. The role progresses from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a Placed Houseparent assignment with the same group of students. Relocation benefits provided; on-site housing, meals during duty, utilities, and comprehensive benefits are included. Requires HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. The position is a full-time, two-person, married-couple role and requires both spouses to complete individual employment applications for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year married couple
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children in student home
