Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver - two-person Flex Houseparent role for a married couple living on campus in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, maintaining household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and managing budgeting and reporting. The role progresses from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a Placed Houseparent assignment with the same group of students. Requires HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
