Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver for two-person, married-couple team residing on Milton Hershey School campus. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and chapel attendance, and managing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student group in their home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old. Relocation assistance provided; comprehensive benefits and paid training included.
