Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus at Milton Hershey School, supervising and mentoring groups of 8–13 students in on-site homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines management, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, with an initial nine days on / three days off schedule and eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for married couples
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Proximity to on-campus living in Hershey, PA (relocation)
- Experience working or volunteering with youth

- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Two-spouse employment requirement for consideration
- No more than three dependent children in the home
