Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver for a married couple in a full-time, on-campus role. Couples reside in student homes and provide care, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Responsibilities evolve from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Salary is listed per person with relocation benefits provided; comprehensive benefits and paid time off offered. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to become certified to drive student vans, and a commitment to the campus rules and spiritual environment. Both spouses must apply individually and be legally married for at least two years, with minimum ages of 27.
