Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples: full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus to supervise and guide 8–13 students, manage household routines, transport students to activities, lead devotions and chapel, oversee budgeting, and transition to Placed Houseparent. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a two-year married partnership with both spouses aged 27+, with relocation to Hershey, PA; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; scheduling includes nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse role
- Legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and chapel services
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
- Pet limitations (fish and one dog)
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
