Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples who will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially nine days on duty then three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year married couple
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
- Prolonged commitment to student success
- Experience with youth or volunteering with youth
