Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple on-campus role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, serving as Flex Houseparents to roughly 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervision, mentoring, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured family-like home. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and demonstrate integrity on a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; relocation to the campus is provided.
