Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing routines and medications, driving to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/household reporting; initially nine days on duty then three days off, transitioning to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA and comprehensive benefits with relocation assistance and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
