Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents residing on a Milton Hershey School campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from Flex to Placed Houseparent; includes relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Prohibition of alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
