Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential on-campus role for a two-person, legally married couple serving as Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and handling budgeting and household reporting. The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a consistent home where the same student group is cared for. Requirements include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student vans, physical ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; compensation is $46,917 per person annually (approximately $180,000 total per couple).
