Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person married couple will live in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and mentorship for about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with comprehensive benefits and paid training; relocation assistance is provided. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and as a two-spouse team, both must complete individual applications.
