Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live on campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and can transition into a Placed Houseparent living arrangement with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided; candidates must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and hold a high school diploma or GED. Requires a valid U.S. driver's license, ability to transport students, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role model for students
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
