Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married couple resides in on-campus student homes and provides care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. The role includes a nine days-on, three days-off schedule during initial placement, with eventual placement in a single student home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse role must apply independently

- Must be legally married for at least two years
