Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for two-person, on-campus houseparent teams. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort with a smoke-free, weapon-free campus and no alcohol on duty. The position is full-time with relocation assistance, on-campus housing/benefits, and a structured nine-on/three-off schedule that evolves into a fixed residential assignment. Applicants must be married couples (both spouses) with at least two years of marriage, ages 27+, and up to three dependents in the home; both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration. Training and certification to drive student vans are provided.”,
Required Qualifications
