Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of ~813 students; duties include supervising and mentoring, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting; initial schedule is nine days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living/working with the same group of students in their own home; relocation to Hershey, PA is required and relocation assistance is provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Experience working or volunteering with youth

- Couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses must apply individually.
- Relocation to Hershey, PA is required
