Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. The role requires experience working with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, HSAs/FSAs, retirement, and PTO.
