Job Summary
Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA to reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, manage household routines and budgeting, and transition from nine-on/three-off to a placed houseparent role. Relocation assistance is provided. Salary is $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple with on-campus housing and benefits). Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with ability to drive student vans, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old. Applicants must complete individual applications. Living on campus in Hershey, PA per on-site assignment.
