Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role living on campus in Hershey, PA, for married couples to care for a group of approximately 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total couple compensation around $168,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, retirement savings, PTO, and paid training. Qualifications require youth-facing experience, two-year-married status for both spouses, age 27+, high school diploma or GED, up to three dependent children in the home, a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort leading devotions and Chapel services. Also includes a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and prohibitions on alcohol while on duty.
