Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School seeks a two-spouse Full-time Flex Houseparent team to reside on campus in Hershey, PA (and with placement in Green Bay, WI as noted) to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role transitions from an initial nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent assignment with a consistent student home. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided. Qualifications require experience with youth, a legally married two-person couple (both spouses aged 27 or older) eligible to live on campus, no more than three dependent children in the home, a smoke-free and weapon-free campus commitment, valid U.S. driver’s license with driving certification ability for student vans, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
