Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles on a residential campus: married couples live in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance to a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting, and coordinating with campus programs. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, eligibility to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Preference for or requirement of a legally married couple, both spouses applying individually.
