Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver roles for married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School's campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor a group of ~8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan/recreate with students, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting/reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training; requires two-person married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
