Residential Youth Caregiver position for a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students living in on-campus homes, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule across multiple student homes and eventually transitions to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
