Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver for Milton Hershey School — a two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role for legally married couples living in on-campus student homes with 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Benefits include salary of $46,917 per person (about $180,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance and paid training, and paid time off. Desired Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; staff serve as role models for students
