Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor groups of approximately 8–13 students, provide care and guidance, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine consecutive days on duty with three off to a placed houseparent role in the same student home. Requires a legally married couple (both spouses aged 27 or older) with a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA.
