Job Summary
Caregiving role for a two-person married couple in on-campus student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, and activity planning for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily routines, devotions, Chapel attendance, budgeting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent. Requires both spouses to reside on campus, participate in nine-on/three-off duty cycles, and complete individual applications. Relocation assistance available. Salary per person $44,768 with comprehensive benefits and housing included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two spouses married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples—must apply individually
