Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples to live on-campus in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, activity planning, and devotions for 8–13 students. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Requires two-person couple living arrangement, relocation to Hershey, PA, and strong commitment to student success; includes full-time schedule, on-site housing, meals, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year marriage minimum for both spouses
- Two-person couple role requires both spouses to apply individually
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Ability to serve as role models with integrity and professionalism
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children in the student home
