Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent couple living on campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule begins with a nine-day-on, three-day-off cycle, then transitions to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, comfort leading devotions and Chapel services, and two-year marriage with both spouses aged 27 or older.
