Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School, a two-person married couple role living in on-campus student homes to care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing household routines and budgeting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on / three days off to a placed houseparent. Benefits include salary per person of $46,917 (approximately $180,000 total per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, retirement, relocation assistance, paid time off, and paid training. Qualifications require experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and that both spouses are legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older. The role is in-person on Milton Hershey School’s campus, with relocation to Hershey, PA.
