Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver roles for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and mentorship to about 813 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and attend Sunday Chapel. The role is a two-person, on-campus assignment with a nine-days-on/two-to-three-off schedule during initial phases, transitioning to a placed houseparent living with the same student group.
