Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver roles for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and mentorship to about 813 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and attend Sunday Chapel. The role is a two-person, on-campus assignment with a nine-days-on/two-to-three-off schedule during initial phases, transitioning to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and readiness for a values-aligned, weapon- and smoke-free campus; applicants must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must apply.
