Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, administering medications, managing household routines and student schedules, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-day-on, three-day-off cycle and may transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires married couple status, HS diploma/GED, both spouses 27+, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
