Job Summary
Two-person full-time Flex Houseparent role for couples living on campus to care for 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, devotional leadership, budgeting, and routine household management. Initial schedule is nine days on, three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed student-home, and relocation assistance is provided. Requires high school credential, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27+, with up to three dependent children in the home.
