Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver for a two-person, married couple team serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and guide 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and participation in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Responsibilities include managing household routines, budgeting, reporting, and coordinating engaging developmental and recreational activities; schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to be certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
