Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) at Milton Hershey School. The team resides on-campus in a student home, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple with housing/benefits), relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, a legally married two-person couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with youth; role involves living on-campus and facilitating religious services.
