Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Fully supervised two-person Flex Houseparent position on-campus at Milton Hershey School, living with and caring for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students in their home. Requires married couple, age 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
