Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role for a two-person married couple living on Milton Hershey School campus. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Chapel. Initially a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle with eventual transition to a placed houseparent within the same student home. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, and a comprehensive benefits package with relocation assistance and training. Two-person, fully on-site position requiring both spouses to apply individually; must be legally married for at least two years and meet age and licensing requirements.
