Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples living on campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and supervise and guide a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, and transportation to activities. They plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee household routines and budgeting, and maintain household reporting. Initially, nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student home. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768) with comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid time off, and housing/ meals while on duty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse couple must complete individual applications
- Legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
