Job Summary
Two-person married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents residing on Milton Hershey School campus to care for 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning/developing activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and supporting multiple student homes on a nine-on/three-off schedule with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent for a stable student-home assignment. Relocation provided; comprehensive benefits and paid training offered.
Required Qualifications
- Two-spouse couple role
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role-models for students
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
