Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver position for married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on-campus. Couples reside in student homes, supervise and mentor approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed Houseparent role after an initial nine-on, three-off schedule. Offers relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Requires high school diploma or GED, legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and ability to lift 50 lbs.
