Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus. Couples reside in student homes to provide care, supervision, and guidance for ~813 students, overseeing daily routines, medications, and activities, with duties including driving students to activities, leading daily devotions, budgeting and household reporting. Initially on a nine-on, three-off schedule, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Pet restrictions: fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to serve as role models for students
