Job Summary
Provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of approximately 813 students living in on-campus homes; administer medications and ensure student wellness; drive students to activities and plan developmental and recreational activities; lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting; work as a two-person married couple in a full-time flex houseparent role with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, relocating to Hershey, PA; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement accounts, time off, and relocation support; initial placement as Flex Houseparents with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two spouses must be age 27 or older
- Legally married for at least two years
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples
