Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple needed to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at a residential program. Couples reside in on-campus student homes with a group of ~8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care, including medication administration, scheduling, transportation to activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role involves budgeting and household reporting, a nine-days-on/three-days-off initial schedule with eventual placement into a stable houseparent assignment. Requires on-campus living, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus.
