Job Summary
Two-person married couple needed to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at a residential program. Couples reside in on-campus student homes with a group of ~8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care, including medication administration, scheduling, transportation to activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role involves budgeting and household reporting, a nine-days-on/three-days-off initial schedule with eventual placement into a stable houseparent assignment. Requires on-campus living, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k)-type options, paid time off, and other comprehensive benefits. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and complete separate applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person couple must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
